Our Team

With over 35 years experience in the credit management and cash flow funding field Roger has held a number of senior positions in the factoring industry both in the UK and Overseas. He is a keen sports fan but now only as an armchair participant. Married with two sons he holds an excellent reputation for honesty and integrity.

Mike has worked with Roger over the past 30 years having held senior posts in both clearing bank and the independent factoring market. He is a member of the Institute of Credit management and sits on the Education Committee of the Association of Asset Based Lenders. Mike is married with one daughter .

Greg is Roger's eldest son and has followed in his father's footsteps since leaving full time education. He gained his experience in both the Bank Owned Factoring Houses as well as the independent sector usually servicing the larger size facilities. Greg is an avid football fan and is married with one daughter.

Matt is Roger's youngest son. After leaving University with a sports science degree Matt decided that the world of commerce was more exciting and lucrative than teaching. Before joining IF Matt worked in both Factoring sectors, the Independent and the clearing bank arenas. Matt is a keen sportsman and plays both squash and tennis. Matt is married with two children.
